"Please be advised that the race meeting scheduled for Turffontein on 9 November 2024 has been postponed to Monday, 11 November 2024.
"The track received over 20mm of rainfall in just a few hours this morning, and light drizzle is continuing.
"Although the track is currently raceable, the forecast predicts rain throughout the day, beginning at 13:00, with a more significant storm expected around 16:00.
"Given these conditions, there is a high likelihood that racing would commence but not be completed thus prompting the decision to postpone the event.
"Race times for Monday’s meeting will be confirmed later today."
