
If you are having trouble to register because you are not receiving the activation email - then this article is for you.
If you are already registered then this does not apply to you. That is, unless, you are helping someone else register and the activation email is not received by this person.
There seems to be two main reasons that someone is not receiving their activation email:
- The email address entered into the registration form has been misspelt;
- The email account's inbox is full.

So, you have waited long enough and the email is simply not arriving in your inbox.
To fix the situation:
- Click on "Not receiving your email". This link is below the Activate button.
- This opens the second dialog box which allows you to change your email address.
- Click the "Update email and resend the Code" button.
If you entered the email address correctly and it is a valid email, then you will receive your activation email.
